Ganton Golf Club supports an 18 hole golf course and practice range set amongst a mosaic of acid grassland, gorse scrub, small areas of heathland, and scattered broadleaved and coniferous trees and woodland parcels. Several sand scrapes have been created in recent years and there are also a number of ponds and wet ditches. Native hedgerows form some of the site boundaries too.
